Welcome to the Clay County Public Schools homepage. We take seriously the responsibility that we have to educate the children of this community. At the core of who we are as a district is a commitment to continuously improve. To do that, we need to know how we are doing. To gather this information, we have created a survey for families, students, and community members to complete. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and we pledge to take this information and use it to find creative ways to make our district stronger in order to better meet the needs of our students.

New Teacher & Community Member of the Month Award Programs

At the last school board meeting on March 8, 2016, we presented our first teacher and community member appreciation awards. The teacher appreciation award is known as the TEAM (Teaching Excellence, Achievement, and Mastery) Award for the chosen teacher and the community member / business appreiciation award is the HOPE (Honoring Outstanding Partners in Education) Award. We would like to congratulate Ms. Jackie Keith for receiving the TEAM Award for her excellence as an educator in our district and Mr. and Mrs. Ben and Shannon Hensley for their on-going support as both community and business members, who have continued to support and uplift the district and its teachers and students in many ways. These awards will be given monthly, and as we set new dates for deadlines, they will be uploaded here.
