The Clay County School system offers the following career and technical (vocational) education programs for all students regardless of race, color, national origin, including those with limited English proficiency, sex or disability in grade 9-12: Business, Engineering & Robotics, Family and Consumer Science, and Technology Education.  The following career and technical courses are available to students at the Clay County Area Technology Center (ATC): Introduction to Auto Body, Non-structural Damage I and II, Special Projects, Auto Mechanical Brake System, Basic Auto Electricity, Suspension and Steering, Engine Repair, Basic Fuel and Ignition, Climate Control), Introduction to Building and Apartment maintenance, Introduction to Carpentry, Construction Prints I and II, Floor and Wall Framing, Fundamentals of Math, Ceiling and Roof Framing, Network Essentials, PC Repair and Service, D.C. Circuits, Network Administrator, Introduction to Health Science, Emergency Procedures, Medical Terminology, Medicaid Nurse Aide, GMAW, Introduction to Computers, Personal Financial Management, Computer Applications, Workplace Principles.  Persons seeking further information concerning the vocational education offerings and specific pre-requisite criteria should contact:
